You have been through so many trials and tribulations. You have fantasied, dreamed, cried, screamed, you have felt every known negative emotions via your nervous system, and here you are…

Still walking, running, and standing in your territory, loving You as your own Baby unconditionally.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Think along with me about this simple, yet complex thought; when a new born baby enters the scene. In the beginning was the Embryo, and the Embryo was with the Baby, and the Embryo was the Baby. In other words, the Embryo and the Baby are seed just like the Word and God are seed.

As I have mentioned before, figuratively speaking I believe that life is just a dream. And, when you go through physical death, you awaken to Zoë-life.

I read an article where a embryo was frozen for 27 years, and a couple picked her for to carry and raise as birth parents. Today, the embryo that was frozen over twenty seven ago is alive and well. A seed will grow and multiply when proper environment, atmosphere, and nurturing is supplied adequately.

Let me swing back to adulthood and share a few ways to take care of yourself .

Plan your day. Schedule breaks each day instead of waiting for things to slow down. Your mind and body need ongoing rest.

Give generously. Thinking about others makes us feel less burdened. Do

something to make your spouse or a stranger smile.

Consider your purpose. Any task is more bearable when you remember the reasons behind it. Ask yourself what you like about your work.

Protect your career and take care of your health by giving yourself enough downtime to refresh and recharge. When a vacation is out of the question, treat yourself to some rest and relaxation wherever you find yourself.

Conclusion

Remember, treat yourself kindly, nurturing, fairly, and continue to explore, expand, learn and grow; especially in unconditional love for You!
